# Any mass email functionality?

If you don’t have permission to e-mail the user, doing it from within Discourse isn’t going to be any better than doing it via Mail-a-kimp, and if you _do_ have permission, then you may as well use the tool that was designed for the job, rather than trying to shoehorn it into Discourse.
