Anyone else seeing a drastic drop in community activity for Support forums?

I really like the optimism that HAWK is bringing here and it’s clear to me she is truly involved in communities likes all the Discourse team.

I also think there is a real problem that skeptics named before as the second IA main feature (having more data from everyone than ever is the most priced one). A simple illustration of this:

The issue is accepted and recognized, IA can’t replace humans but the software where humans was available to interact:

I understand the communities that survive this must urgently and seriously focus on fostering a sense of belonging, whether through a clear manifesto that transparently acknowledges this situation, or by offering added value through basic engagement that AI cannot currently provide: surveys, onboarding, personalized content, events, live AMA Q&A sessions, and meticulously curating content that must fundamentally be centered on and directed toward human beings.

The crisis is real and as admins, managers or founders we need to resist, adapting but using our creative capacities more than ever. There is no common path for a new problem, and we need to get comfortable with it.
