I was diving into some features related to community metrics (and data explorer), and peeked at a community’s User Visits. Notice a decline for during the period of May – it is too drastic to be anything organic.
I had worried it was an implementation change our team may have caused, but nooooo… it was this:
From experience, Google tends to stagger its “Search core updates”, so updates like this recent May 2026 Core Update would roll out over a couple of weeks.
