I am looking to do a managed forum and wanted to know what the SLAs or support timelines are for Communiteq (formerly DiscourseHosting)?
I assume since they charge more they would respond within 1 day and not 1+ day as certain other providers provide.
We responded to 98% of the incoming support tickets within 12 hours over the past six years.
