What would you like done?  
App Specific to my discourse. I need to be able to see the app without a url bar and full screen mode. Right now it opens up in Safari which keeps the url bar active. I want it to go away and I am willing to spend a good chunk of money to get it to gone.

When do you need it done?  
ASAP

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?
