# Application form on signup

Hi Jammy,
Do you know if I can edit what shows up on the login page? Our forum is only open to people who are invited. I want to insert an application form in the login page, so people who have not been invited can provide us with their info for us to make a judgement on whether to invite them. Thanks for taking a look at my request!

I think you should be able to do that with the Custom User Fields (`admin/customize/user_fields`), though it may depend on how much information you plan on collecting. You can make them required at signup, and the info also shows up in the review queue when a user is waiting for approval. Would one or more of those work for you?
