# Approve unless

Hello! _“Posts created by users not in these groups must be approved. Posts created by admins and moderators are always approved.”_

In this feature, is only the approval for responses being removed? So, does a new topic still need to go through approval?

Because we are seeing a lot of spam and low-quality content, we are currently putting everything through approval. However, we have a small group of members whose responses or created topics do not need to go through approval. How can we grant them this privilege?

There is also `approve new topics unless allowed groups`. You can add your group of members to both settings

Never used this feature, so my answer may be waste of time, but the key should be this: _in these groups_

So put those valuable users in such group and to be on safe side give writing rights to that group too (even it shouldn’t be needed 🤔 )
