Approving user gets a 403 forbidden error

(Frank Bailey) #1

When I try to approve one or more pending users on the forum, a 403 forbidden error is produced despite me being an admin.

Here’s the full text of the error in the Firefox console:

Any assistance in solving this will be enormously appreciated.

Are you running the latest version of Discourse?
Have you tried in safe mode?
If you have non-official plugins, have you tried disabling them?

We have no non-standard plugins at all. I’m going to try upgrading to the latest version, and then see what happens. Those errors look to come from Ember, about which I’m clueless, so maybe we’ll be in luck and updating will fix it.

Thanks for your help!
