# Approximate Meta's design in my own forum

I shared an example theme in [Skills for authoring themes and blocks](https://meta.discourse.org/t/skills-for-authoring-themes-and-blocks/401629). It’s using the same approach as the Meta theme and renders a custom homepage with featured blocks.

There’s no dedicated featured categories block on that theme, but you could also have a look at [Featured Categories Header](https://meta.discourse.org/t/featured-categories-header/203779).
