# Arabic topic titles don't show up in urls

Can we have the arabic topic title in url ?
It’s not there and the url is like : `t/topic/7/2`

Changing `slug generation method` to encoded doesn’t solve this?

just saw a very strange behavior in our site:
some of the topics the topic-title is in the url, and in the others it’s not!
this one:

any idea what’s happening there?
the first link is much better for our seo, though it’s not a beautiful link!

Maybe the slugs where generated before you changed the setting?
Rename a topic that doesn’t have the slug.

- edit the slugs which have been produced before this change.
and it changes the urls so that it contain Persian titles. thanks Falco.
