when we measure the _scroll depth_ of users in topics, the average is far from 100%! the same thing for _average time on page_ of users in a topic, it may be less than 1-2 minutes after which the cta is shown.

it means that most anonymous users don’t see the nice&friendly copy right written at the end of the page:

what if admins could decide about the position or timing of this message, e.g. show it in the 50% of scroll depth rather than at the end of the page? or shown after 30 seconds instead of a fixed timing for all the forums?
