# Are forum upgrade updates no longer available?

If you go to `https://yoursite/admin/update` what do you see?

Are you logged in as admin or mderator? Only admins can update discourse.

There was an issue [last summer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/new-admin-sidebar-wheres-the-update-discourse-button/308213) when the button disappeared in some locales, but that was fixed and I think is unrelated to what you are experiencing.
