Discourse Meta has many different RSS feeds. However, the Discourse Meta Terms of Service say “You may not automate access to the forum, or monitor the forum, such as with a web crawler, browser plug-in or add-on, or other computer program that is not a web browser. You may crawl the forum to index it for a publicly available search engine, if you run one.”

Could the Terms of Service be updated to clarify this?

The ToS language is aimed at abusive or extractive automation like scraping the forum at scale, harvesting personal data, monitoring users or generating unreasonable load. We could update the wording to make it clearer—until we get a chance, you can take my word for it.
