I couldn’t help but noticed that the Asana Forum is discourse based but heavily customized : https://forum.asana.com. Could anyone tell me the scope of such an endeavour? How much could it cost? Our team found it very sleek.

That is recent custom work done by our skilled design team! You’re looking at ballpark $150k for something like that although you could likely get a simplified version for less.
