是的，匿名用户可以重命名。我曾用它来恢复一个被版主“一时冲动”错误匿名的用户。我将他们重命名回原来的名字，并将电子邮件重新关联到账户并重新激活。

在你的情况下，只需要匿名化并重命名为合适的名字。即使是匿名化也不会单独破坏对话流程，因为每个匿名账户都有一个唯一的标识符。
