# Asking Verification Email on Local Server Bitnami

Hello, I just downloaded Discourse, and I put on the local server BitNami. When creating a new account, required for the verification email, but I did not get such verification on my email. therefore I can not login to the website Discourse I have downloaded earlier. is there a solution? thank you 🙂

Sorry, we cannot support the Bitnami install, we can only support our official Docker install.

Start with (to activate your account and make it an admin)

Then navigate to the top of that document to try and figure out what was configured wrong with your email settings.
