Any fix for this would be more then welcome. And does anyone else facing this issue?

@zogstrip - just want to mention (Maybe helps) if u upload any (new file) it works normaly. Just tested it, so all old files that are uploaded are out of service.

Just pushed a fix.
This route will be deprecated though, you should run the `uploads:migrate_to_new_pattern` rake task to migrate to the new storage pattern.
