# Attempted to update Discourse, frontpage now errors

I tried to update discourse via `http://site.com/admin/upgrade` which led to a couple errors, so I decided to `git pull` and `./launcher rebuild app` to no avail. When I visit the site frontpage it displays: [Imgur: The magic of the Internet](https://i.imgur.com/TKX9kCX.png) and when checking the console for errors in Chrome I have this: [Imgur: The magic of the Internet](https://i.imgur.com/oCFvUkw.png)
I’ve attempted to rebuild once or twice but the same thing happens. I can manually view posts and check the backend and that’s about it.
Any help will be appreciated 🙂

Are you using any plugins that Discourse does not ship by default? If so, disable the plugins and rebuild.

Didn’t think of that, but that solved it! One of the plugins was out-dated causing the issue. Thanks!
