Hi this is a wonderful feature for discourse but can we limit the number of times it appears overall in a single thread topic? If we have a discussion post asking shopify vs woocommerce then the entire thread will be occupied by the hyperlinks whenever someone mentions any of these.

We can definitely add a theme setting for this, PR welcome. I think a default limit of 3 auto links per word makes sense as a good initial default.

Is there any way to disable linkify in a specific category? In my case I have a blog category which contains content from a wordpress installation. Hence I don’t want linkify to be active there.
Sure, that shouldn’t be hard I think. I can have a look. If there’s more people intereted in this feature, I’ll submit a PR with a new theme settings. If not, I can just post a code snippet that you can include into your theme manually. I’ll try to have a look next week.

This is already implemented. What you see in linkify settings IS the new list management.

That “new” list already a great improvement!
Yet for large lists it’s still a bit of a hassle
I think an import/export feature for a simple CSV would make make a huge improvement there
Or simply pointing to a CSV URL which is pulled let’s say every 24h. or by manually by clicking a button

Wenn Sie es nur einmal pro Beitrag haben möchten, können Sie Ihr verlinktes Wort als regulären Ausdruck eingeben, also:
/WORT/,URL
Es nur einmal pro Thema zu haben, ist nicht trivial; siehe die Diskussion oben.

Ich möchte FA4 loswerden, aber bisher ist linkify darauf angewiesen.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, ein SVG-Symbol vor den Link zu setzen?
Ich hatte auf Discourse ein Wort, das automatisch verlinkt wurde, aber ich habe mich entschieden, es zu entfernen, da es jedes Mal erscheint, wenn Discourse erwähnt wird, was in einem einzigen Thema zu einer Überlastung von Links führt. Manchmal sind irrelevante Links schlimmer als gar keine Links.
Ich habe jedoch einen schönen Anwendungsfall für die Komponente, z. B. um ISBN-Nummern automatisch auf eine Buchbeschreibungseite auf inventaire.io zu verlinken:
/isbn:([0-9]{13})/,https://inventaire.io/entity/isbn:$1

Was meinst du damit? Das Linkify-Theme ist nicht von FA-Icons abhängig.
Ich weiß. Aber ich verwende FA4, um dem Linkify-Link ein Icon hinzuzufügen. Bei FA5 habe ich keine Ahnung, wie ich das umsetzen soll.
Wäre es eine einfache Verbesserung, einen Tooltip für den Link hinzuzufügen?
Damit könnten wir dies als Eingabe verwenden:
keyword, link, tooltip
Vielleicht ist das abbrify-Plugin das, was du suchst?
Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, wie diese beiden miteinander interagieren würden. Möglicherweise sind einige kleine Anpassungen erforderlich, damit es funktioniert. Bei Bedarf kann ich dabei helfen.

Ich habe es vorerst gelöst, indem ich das Skript mit einer zusätzlichen Zeile angepasst habe. Es hängt nun die Ziel-URL als Linktitel an. Das funktioniert wirklich gut.

Ich habe eine ziemlich große Liste von Einträgen in den Linkify-Einstellungen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die gesamte Liste zu exportieren? Beim Klicken auf den Export-Button wird nur die Standardliste exportiert.
