# Автозамена отслеживаемых слов: не работает в заголовках тем / чувствительность к регистру

1. Сегодня я заметил, что автозамена не работает в заголовках тем.  
Это задумано так или это ошибка?

2. Похоже, замена не учитывает регистр.  
Пример: замена определена как OpenBRAND → OpenBrand  
Ожидаемое поведение: openBRAND и openbrand не должны заменяться.  
Наблюдаемое поведение: openBRAND → OpenBrand и openbrand → OpenBrand.  
Как сделать замену чувствительной к регистру?
