# 自动备份已停止

没有失败消息。就好像它从未尝试过备份一样。磁盘空间充足。只有 6 个备份，因为我启用了自动删除过多旧备份的设置。

有没有一种简单的方法可以从外部触发备份？也许我会在主机上的 cron 中编写脚本。
