When do you need it done? Doesnt matter

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task? I dont know

I want to have all states and cities, or at least the big cities.  
And have the same categorize on each city. Something similar to [craiglist.org](http://craiglist.org)

Sadly the privately shared budget would not be enough for me to get involved with customisation of the Locations Plugin.

I recommend the OP returns with a serious, commercial budget before proceeding.
