My community sends out a summary email to members.
Can I customise which cohorts the email is sent to and what defines each cohort?
This post seems to suggest, i can have it switched on/off.
Mark07 asked if it is possible to customize which user cohorts receive automated activity summary emails and how those cohorts are defined, referencing a Meta Discourse post that suggested subscription toggles. awesomerobot clarified that there is currently no functionality to customize summaries for specific groups of users. Instead, the digest is generated based on individual user activity, visibility permissions, last visit time, and personal email preferences. Users can opt out individually via their email preference settings, or administrators can disable all digest emails globally using the Disable digest emails site setting. Following this explanation, Mark07 confirmed they have disabled the feature.

No, there’s currently not a way to customize the summary for groups of users. The summary is based on the individual user’s activity, what they can see, when they’ve last visited, and their email preferences. It can be turned off globally with the Disable digest emails site setting or individually from community.example.com/my/preferences/emails
Thanks Kris - I’ve disabled it.
