# Automatic delete title when losing badge

Suppose we define a badge that this badge can assign a new title to the user. If the user chooses the title for himself and loses the badge after a while, the title will remain with him, as long as he tries to change it manually.

Can you allow this to happen **automatically** in Discourse?
