디스코urs 그룹에 누군가가 가입할 때, 특정 하위 카테고리에서 접근/게시 및 댓글 작성 권한을 부여하는 방법이 있을까요?
현재는 게시/댓글 작성 권한을 수동으로 부여하고 있습니다.

네, 있습니다. 위에서 링크한 @osioke의 그룹 보안 설정과 연결됩니다. 누군가를 초대할 때 그 사람을 그룹에 추가할 수 있습니다. 보시는 바와 같이, 초대 링크를 이메일로 제한하여 해당 역할이 그 사람만 받을 수 있도록 할 수도 있습니다.
