Previously, workflows had no way to grant gamification points, so custom score a…wards could only be created manually through the admin score-event API. This change adds an `action:gamification_score` workflow node, registered from the gamification plugin, that creates a `GamificationScoreEvent` for a user with configurable points (negative values deduct), an optional date, and an optional description; the points are picked up by the existing scheduled leaderboard recalculation.
