# 自动化不会发送到群组

我对此进行了研究，您选择的交互设置应该没问题，它不需要是“所有人”才能显示“消息”选项卡。

_我发现还有一些额外的步骤可以确定“消息”选项卡是否可见：_

1. 用户必须以群组成员或管理员的身份登录

2. 用户必须是启用私人消息的群组的成员（即，是 `SiteSetting.personal_message_enabled_groups` 中任何群组的成员）——特定群组不必在此群组 ID 的站点设置中，但我认为这将是一种确保所有群组成员都能看到“消息”选项卡的方法。

3. 该群组之前至少收到过一条消息

在您遇到的情况下，我怀疑是 2 或 3 的问题。
