是的，你说得对，很可能不是 Cloudflare。

我在一个单独的实例上进行了测试，在那里我只启用了可选头像。我不得不上传两个头像（站点设置要求），然后启用。

你能修改这两个设置，看看你的那边是否有任何变化吗？
