Yeah, seems to work now. But there was a delay of at least 2 hours which is kinda odd. ---

When retrieving a topic via the API, Im seeing that the normal `letter_avatar/userName/45/3.png` url is empty. I just recently updated to 1.30. This was working in 1.2x. In the web client I see a bunch of numbers added to the avatar filenames like `/letter_avatar/userName/45/3_90a587a04512ff220ac26ec1465844c5.png` How should I go about getting the proper avatar within a topic? ---

Yep this has been happening for a long time, I noticed it again the other day. Has basically been a problem since the inception of the project cc @eviltrout ---
