Those are hosted at Digital Ocean and using round robin DNS to two DO droplets. Not sure why that would be unavailable. Any droplet issues @mpalmer?

All sorted. One of the avatars machines had decided to get a little unhappy, returning “host unreachable” for external traffic to the webapp. I’ve explained to it the error of its ways, and all is well again now.
