Yeah, we had to rebuild the avatar cache, and the CDN has been a little unhappy about the massive volume of requests. It’ll stabilise over the next little while. Edited to add (1 hour later): it looks like the cache is pretty well fully populated now, the load on the backend servers appears to have settled down now. ---
