I (and others) have the ability to build that functionality (it’s basically a port of the [Retort plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/retort-a-reaction-style-plugin-for-discourse/35903) 🙂 ), but likely not the functionality to make chats and Discourse topics 100% compatible.
