the back button in the CSS editor appears to be not working, including in [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true). repro: 1. go to admin-custromize-themes and chose a theme to edit css 2. go to css editor and make a change and save (or don’t make a change) 3. try to use the back button ![theme-css-editor-back-button](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/meta/original/4X/1/6/a/16a907548cdf20560a89e1d57c977cbecf235713.png) windows chrome desktop and mobile views ---

Thanks for the reports everyone. This affected a few different flows in the admin panel. It’ll be fixed by [https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/22757](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/22757) ---
