This is the page I was in when I thought such a button was missing: [Search results for '"all links"' - MetaBrainz Community Discourse](https://community.metabrainz.org/search?context=topic&context_id=388416&q=%22all%20links%22&skip_context=true)

This is an example of floating arrow enabled site: [https://www.paris.fr](https://www.paris.fr) or [https://my.nintendo.com/reward\_categories](https://my.nintendo.com/reward_categories) where the arrow is more beautiful but maybe the site requires an account to be seen.
