The line to prevent upgrade is still in the YML file.
I can enter the app and access the SQL on the old server, when I try on the new it returns:
psql: error: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
