# 备份失败，管理页面无法访问

Thanks Sam, It was a pretty generic “Access Denied” error. I recreated the role per this post: [Set up file and image uploads to S3](https://meta.discourse.org/t/setting-up-file-and-image-uploads-to-s3/7229) and it started working again.
