# 备份 - 使用哪个电子邮件？

你好，

我正在尝试备份我的论坛。整个过程都很顺利，直到我无法接收备用所需的电子邮件。我已经在各个地方仔细检查过了。

根据我所读，设置Discourse时使用的电子邮件地址就是备份时会发送到的邮箱。有没有办法在Discourse中确认应发送到的具体邮箱？

这个备份功能是否适用于Discourse Business论坛和自托管？

我也了解过关于S3和其他备份功能，但目前我只想让Discourse的手动备份功能正常工作。
