Badge receiving notification

Hello,

I was wondering if you could set up your forum to send out e-mails when you receive badge.
I can only see about notifications but I would like to send out e-mails.

We so not have a feature that will emails you when badges are granted at this point in time. We worry that such a feature would increase email volume too much.

You could create something which achieves it yourself. It wouldn’t make sense as a default part of discourse for the reason Sam explained above.
