If versatile banner is enabled for anonymous, it is visible each time I scroll in a topic from the timeline:
It doesn’t happen when logged in.

I don’t see this happening anymore, is it still happening for you?
I believe this change, which made some outlets conditional when scrolled deeper within a topic, likely fixed it?
