Discourse のカスタマイズ性への信頼に基づいたもので、私の能力によるものではありません。🙂

ボタンを追加するにはテンプレートをオーバーライドする必要があると思いますが、それには CSS 以上のものが必要です。Discourse テーマ開発者ガイドには、テーマコンポーネントの作成やテンプレートのオーバーライドに関する情報がかなりあります。

「このコミュニティに参加！」ボタンを追加したい場合、キャンペーンバナーはログインユーザーにのみ表示されることに注意してください。匿名ユーザーの場合は、代わりに Versatile Banner や Welcome link banner のようなものを検討する方が良いかもしれません。
