反向链接本身毫无用处，是过时的炒作。
关键词是另一个炒作。它仅仅意味着如果你在写关于培根的东西，而有人会搜索关于培根的东西，你不会使用“猪”这个词（除非你在说培根来自猪）。这样我们就回到了有意义的内容😏
但除此之外。是的，你只需要等待。至少要等到Googlebot到来，之后一切都取决于你是否拥有Google算法认为有用的真实内容。

不可以。
嗯，有一个是为新闻网站设计的技巧，但需要一些编码。它可能适用于论坛，但有速率限制（我记得是每天 200 次调用），所以很容易白费。

您可以在[Google Search Console](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/ask-google-to-recrawl)中提交一个网址，请求它们抓取一个页面，但它们可能不会立即执行。
如果您使用的是Cloudflare，可以开启[Crawler Hints](https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/advanced-configuration/crawler-hints/)。我不确定它是否适用于Google，但至少应该适用于[Bing的IndexNow功能](https://www.bing.com/indexnow)。
高质量的反向链接仍然有效，但获取它们并不容易。将内部链接指向该页面也有帮助。
如果您的论坛在子域上，您可以尝试在主域上定位关键词。
