# BBCode Plugin BBCode tags don't work any more

Our current version is 3.5.0.beta9-dev.

Topics with BBCode tags that already exist show fine.

But when I try to use a color tag in a new topic, it shows in the text and does not change the color. Also, anchor tags wouldn’t work.

The installed plugin looks like this:

It seems that I can’t update it manually - is it not supported any more?

Edit: Okay I found a way. If you first switch the editor and start writing THEN, then the codes are interpreted correctly.
