# שיטות עבודה מומלצות להגיב לפוסטים שמוזגו לפוסט ראשי

I merged several posts on seemingly similar problems into one post as follows.

It’s more convenient for engineering to respond with its own dedicated post.

I would like your advice in terms of best (or easiest) practices in terms of responding to each customer in the merged posts, or going back to the links to the original posts and responding there.

רק להבהיר שאני לא חושב שיש “פרקטיקה מומלצת” כשלעצמה, תלוי בהקשר, אם הכוונה שלך כמנהל היא לכוון את השיחה ל"נושא X" המכיל את הפוסטים הממוזגים, אתה יכול לבחור לסגור את הנושאים הישנים (ולמנוע פרסום פוסטים חדשים) ולהוסיף פוסט המציין שנושאים הקשורים ל"X" צריכים להישלח ל"נושא X". עם זאת, ישנן דרכים רבות לגשת לכך. כותרות נושאים תמציתיות יותר יכולות גם כן לעזור.

היי סטנייטור,  
גם אני התמודדתי עם זה בעבר. מה שעבד בשבילי היה להגיב בפוסט הממוזג ולציין שם את הבעיה של כל אחד. כך, הכל נשאר במקום אחד וקל יותר לאחרים לעקוב.

אז אני פשוט חוזר לפוסטים המקוריים ומשאיר תגובה מהירה עם קישור לשרשור הממוזג, כדי שאנשים ידעו לאן להסתכל.

The old topics were already closed as they merged into the master problem topic. I suppose it would be more useful to link the solutions post to the poster in the comment threads individually after the merge?
