# Beta testers needed: Inline editing of replies

Hi all, I’m in the midst of making a new component, which is an inline editing of a post. Instead of opening the composer, it opens a `DEditor` in the post itself.

I would be really grateful if anyone would like to try this component out and come back with any feedback or bugs encountered.

Current settings:

- `show_preview`: Show preview for the Markdown editor.
- `manually_set_composer_height`: Whether to set the composer height in the next setting, or else it will use the user’s core composer height.
- `composer_height`: The manually-set composer height.

Known issues:

- Appearing of draft conflict popups when typing/clicking ‘Save draft’
