Staff can now manage all tag operations on selected topics from a single Manage Tags modal, replacing the three separate Add Tags, Replace Tags, and Remove Tags options that previously cluttered the bulk actions menu.
In this topic, we’ll review the major changes and share how you can start using this today.
What’s changed
The bulk actions menu, available when selecting topics in a topic list, now shows a single Manage Tags button in place of the previous three separate tag options.
In the modal, staff can:

Remove tags — select one or more tags to remove wherever they appear across selected topics, or use the Remove all tags toggle to clear all tags

Add tags — select one or more tags to add to all selected topics

Replace tags — select a tag that, when present on the selected topics, should be replaced with another selected tag.
