サポートなど、あなたが処理していないアドレス宛てに送信されたからです。

私には、「ここに存在する」と言っているのに「誰もない」と表示される部分だけが、バグの可能性があるように思えます。考えられるのは、相手が古くて壊れたメールクライアントを使用していることです。
