# Better help text for adding categories to top menu

It’s really great that it’s possible to include specific categories in the to menu (like “Bugs” and “Features” here on Meta). However, it took me a while to figure out how to do it. I played around with the top menu settings but neither the examples in the help text nor the provided suggestions when typing hinted at the correct format (`category/<category_name>`). How about adding this to the help text?

Current version:

> Determine which items appear in the homepage navigation, and in what order. Example latest|new|unread|categories|top|read|posted|bookmarks

New version:
