在我看来，之所以存在两种视角，是因为有两种角色：一个人专注于论坛社区中的人际互动，另一个人则专注于实现论坛的计算机系统和软件。

这两种视角都有效，也都同样重要。

对于独自运营并自行托管论坛的个人而言，这两种角色可能由同一个人承担——我就是如此。

但请设计师们切记，不要忽视那些维持系统运行的“莫洛克人”（Morlocks），他们同样关心软件版本。
