# Blank page after install

Hi! I’ve just installed discourse on a Debian 7 server but it throws a js error: Error: Unknown template object: function and returns a blank page. Here is my website [http://discuss.ustudies.co.uk/](http://discuss.ustudies.co.uk/)

Any idea ?

Are you using the [Docker install](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md)?  
And you should definitely update to the latest stable version (1.3.2). You are currently using 1.2.1 which is quite old.

Nope, It doesn’t work for Debian, does it ?

Same result for the latest stable version as i tried

Docker should work on Debian too.

There’s no official support if you install Discourse without Docker…
