# 添加导航菜单分类时屏幕空白

我的论坛侧边栏目前显示四个类别。我想增加这个数字。当我按下编辑铅笔按钮进行更改时，我的屏幕变暗了，但没有出现任何更改选项。有什么线索吗？

检查浏览器控制台中的错误通常有助于查明问题。您的 `/logs` 页面可能也有一些信息。🤞

感谢您的回复。我一直在测试，但似乎无法弄清楚问题所在。我禁用了所有主题组件和插件，但问题仍然存在，即如果我点击类别编辑铅笔图标或底部的微型键盘，屏幕会正常变暗，但从未显示对话框。日志似乎没有显示任何错误，我也无法从 Chrome 控制台中判断。我在 Firefox 和 Edge 中也遇到了相同的行为。
唯一能解决这个问题的方法是使用安全模式。感谢您提供任何其他线索/提示！

那么很可能是主题、主题组件或插件。安全模式就像禁用所有这些，所以也许可以再试一次，然后逐个重新添加它们。您也可以尝试每个主题/主题组件中的预览按钮来缩小范围。

如果你是管理员，还有一个“默认导航菜单类别”的设置，用于设置全局默认值。铅笔图标是供个人用户更改他们自己的列表的。
但显然导航菜单中的类别编辑按钮有问题。点击铅笔图标编辑标签或其他导航菜单部分怎么样？

再次感谢。我禁用了所有主题组件、插件，并切换回了默认主题，但仍然遇到相同的行为/问题。我拥有管理员权限。
当我按下铅笔按钮时，我在 Chrome 控制台中看到这个：

就记录而言，在极少数情况下，已安装但禁用的插件会导致问题（至少在很久以前，当聊天插件还是外部插件时）。
